My bag got damaged after using it for a while, can I return it?

We have a limited warranty on our products for 14 days for reasonable damage or defects after using it. We highly suggest that you do not overload your purse with as they are not designed to carry heavy weights. Treat your bags with the same care we put into handcrafting them and they will last a long time!
