Are these designer handbags?

All of the handbags are GOTA brand and made in our factory by hand using real leathers and materials. We go to great lengths to making them similar to other popular handbags in the market: we use almost all the same materials that are used in making the originals so our bags look and feel the same as others but cost much less! Our factory is in Europe (not Chinese junk), so the quality is significantly higher than other competitors on the market. You can be sure that if you purchase one of our GOTA designer handbags that no one will be able to notice that it is anything less than an original.

How long does shipping take?

Generally our items arrive within 2 to 3 days of purchase for any destination in the United States. When you buy an item, we will then contact you to provide you with a tracking number. This is why it is so important to give accurate contact information, especially telephone numbers and email addresses. If you are not at home when the item is delivered, the courier will leave a notice and you can then go and pick up your package at the nearest post office. We guarantee our shipping, which means that we promise that the item you have ordered will arrive undamaged, in a timely manner, at your doorstep. If for any reason your product does not arrive, please contact our staff and we will investigate the matter for you, and then we will re-send the item at no cost to you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 100% free for all our bags and we include it in the price of the handbag itself. This promotion may not last long so place your orders quickly!

How can I track my package?

We usually provide tracking numbers the same day of ordering, but sometimes it can take 1-2 business days from the time you placed your order to receive a  tracking number to track your package online. We ship packages using UPS, USPS, FedEx and Spee-Dee depending on the shipping speed you request. All you have to do is enter the tracking number we will send you in to the correct box on the shipping courier’s website and you will be provided with the information on your package. Can you tell the difference?

Above all else, we are sure that the quality of our handbags is absolutely the highest. We use our own factory in Europe (not China) to create the bags and maintain the quality of the products. Our company has gone a long way towards establishing a series of checks and controls that ensure the product you receive is a perfect stand-in for the original. Unless someone is inspecting your bag with a magnifying glass they will not be able to tell the difference.

Our design team takes their time establishing not only the correct pattern of the bag, but also the exact placement of every single stitch and feature. Because we craft our own handbags, not buy them from a supplier like other companies, we are able to oversee every aspect of production. We use all the same materials that the original handbag calls for, with no skimping. All embossed logos, all serial numbers, all engraved logos on snaps, each zipper pull – all of these aspects will be in place. We also go above and beyond – each of our handbags comes with all of the tags, extra/extension straps, dust bags and care cards that you would normally receive.

Can you help me track my package?

We ship our products from our warehousing facility, which means that there will always be a delay of a few days before you are able to track your purchase.  This is due to the amount of time it takes our courier service to transfer the package to the postal service of your home country. We provide tracking numbers over to you via the email you placed the order with and are happy to help you with any questions or concerns that you have, simply contact us. We can work with the shipping providers on your behalf to help with any problems or questions that you have.

The item I want is out of stock, how long until it is available again?

When a product sells out, it is usually about two weeks to a month before we are able to restock it. When the ‘Order Now’ button appears once more, that means we are once again offering that item for sale. If you’ve been waiting a long time for a specific piece, and it doesn’t seem to be reappearing, please feel free to get in touch with us by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, and a staff member will be happy to check up on the status of your item. Generally, when an item isn’t in stock, it means that we are waiting on the materials. We take great pride in using only the exact same leathers, metals, and fabrics that the brand-name items are made of. This means that, rather than using second-rate components, we hold production of that piece until the correct materials are available. While it might mean a longer wait, if you have your heart set on a specific item, it also means that you receive a quality product that we are proud to offer.

Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?

Of course you can, our products are a point of pride for us – if for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us via courier and we will offer you a refund or exchange. In order to qualify for a refund or replacement, we ask that you just contact us to let us know that you would like to send an item back to us within 7 days of receipt of the return information. The item/s you would like to return must be in new, unworn condition and all accessories must also be returned with the item.
