Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy and we stand by our product entirely. If you are unhappy with your bag we are happy exchange it for another item, provide a full refund, or offer a discount on your next purchase. Unlike competitors, our bags are with real leathers and materials – virtually 1:1.

  • If you’re unhappy with the product please send us an email to [email protected] (or use contact form here) within 7 days of receiving your bag.  We will respond within 24 hours on how to process.
  • Include all relevant information: order number, order name, when it arrived and other information.
  • To process quickly please describe your issue and include pictures if applicable.
  • Item must be unused with plastic protections still in tact. We can only accept unused bags for returns / exchanges.
  • We insure every single product shipped and in some cases we will work with the shipping carrier if the issue was caused by them.
  • Before processing the refund or replacement we need to receive the product and have our team members inspect it.
  • If your item is used and damaged within 14 days of receiving it, we can provide a large discount on a new purchase.
  • It generally takes 5-10 business days to process issues – we try to resolve all issues as quickly as possible: we want you to be happy!

Our Commitment: 

We inspect every shipment before shipping our products to clients. If you notice a defect or damage please include pictures with the email that you send to us. Keeping our clients happy is most important to us and we are happy to ship you a new, inspected bag if anything is noticed.

Our purses are 99.9 % similar to the original however there are some very minor differences. These differences are generally microscopic and rarely noticed even upon deep inspection. Unlike others, we use real leathers and materials when crafting our beautiful bags. Additionally, all of our products are hand made and inspected before leaving.
